Reverse description The quartered coat of arms of Andorra displayed within a lobed shield set in the centre of the field, featuring the episcopal mitre and crozier of the Bishop of Urgell in the upper left quarter, the vertical bars of the Count of Foix in the upper right, the vertical bars of the County of Bearn in the lower left, and the cow of the Count of Béarn in the lower right quarter. The shield is framed by a decorative lobed border. The surrounding legend reads ET · DOMINVS · VALLIVM · ANDORRAE, with the date in Roman numerals MCMLXXVII along the lower arc, punctuated by ornamental crosses; the assay mark .925 appears at the base of the design within a beaded border.
