| Beschrijving voorzijde | Boldly struck Jerusalem cross occupying the central field, with each quadrant displaying a recessed square, characteristic of the cob (macuquina) coinage style. An oval cartouche bearing the assayer's initials appears in the lower right quadrant. The irregular flan and crude strike are typical of hand-hammered gold cob coinage produced at the Santa Fe de Bogotá mint during the reign of Fernando VI. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Partial rendering of the Royal Arms of Castile and León, displaying the quartered shield with castles and lions, enclosed within a tressure, as struck on the irregularly shaped cob flan. The design is partially visible due to the characteristic off-center strike and irregular planchet of macuquina coinage. Portions of the surrounding legend are present but largely illegible owing to the hand-hammered technique employed at the Santa Fe de Bogotá mint. |
