Reverse description The quartered Royal Spanish coat of arms, surmounted by a royal crown, occupies the central field. The shield displays the traditional quarters of Castile (castle) and León (lion), with the Bourbon fleur-de-lis in the central escutcheon, and the Granada pomegranate in base. The denomination numeral '1' appears to the left of the shield and the assayer's initial 'S' to the right. The surrounding legend reads ·IN·UTROQ·FELIX·A·D·, with the mint mark, assayer initials, and additional reference letters distributed around the lower periphery.
