| Obverse description | Armored and draped bust of Fernando VI facing right, rendered in the portrait style used under Carlos III, occupying the central field. The effigy features an elaborate curled wig with tightly rolled locks and armored shoulder pauldron with drapery below. A circular Latin legend surrounds the bust along the periphery, with the date 1767 positioned in the lower exergual area beneath the portrait. The coin retains the earlier royal effigy as a transitional design convention, despite the legend attributing the issue to Carlos III. |
