| Obverse description | Central shield of Gelderland, divided vertically into two quarters, each bearing a rampant lion facing inward in high relief. The shield is surmounted by an ornate crown with floral and jewelled detailing. The circumferential legend IN DEO SP NOS is distributed around the field, reading from lower left to upper right, separated by the crowned shield. The coin is struck within a beaded border. |
