Reverse description The city arms of Kampen, depicting a crenellated city gate with two flanking towers, occupies the central field, with a crowned figure seated above the gateway and a shield at the base. On either side of the gate appear the letters or symbols associated with the city mark. The arms are encircled by a wreath of tulip branches with stylized blossoms and leaves, a characteristic decorative motif of Kampen municipal coinage. A beaded inner border frames the wreath, and the coin's irregular hammered flan is evident at the periphery.
