| Beschrijving voorzijde | Armored right-facing bust of Prince-Administrator Xavier of Saxony, depicted in elaborate military cuirass with lace cravat and flowing curled wig rendered in fine Baroque style. The effigy is boldly struck in high relief, occupying the central field with strong sculptural detail in the armor plating and decorative shoulder elements. A beaded or toothed border frames the periphery of the coin. The encircling Latin legend reads XAVERIVS D:G:REG:PR:POL:&L:DVX SAX:, identifying the sitter as Xavier, by the Grace of God Royal Prince of Poland and Lithuania, Duke of Saxony. |
