| Obverse description | Central field features the quartered Hungarian-Angevin shield, displaying alternating horizontal bars and a plain field, rendered in a bold heraldic style characteristic of 14th-century Wallachian coinage. The shield is surrounded by a circular Cyrillic legend reading the voivode's name and title, arranged within a dotted inner border. The lettering is deeply struck in an archaic Cyrillic script typical of early Wallachian ducats.
