Obverse description Central crowned shield bearing the rampant Bohemian lion divides the Gothic initials B-B in the field; above the shield, the royal initial 'W' appears within a decorative frame. A beaded inner circle surrounds the central device, with the royal Latin legend disposed around the circumference in Gothic uncial lettering. The design is characteristic of late 15th-century Bohemian hammered gold coinage, with irregular flan typical of the period.

Reverse description Full-length frontal figure of Saint Wenceslas, patron saint of Bohemia, depicted standing in armour, holding a lance with pennant in his right hand and a heraldic shield in his left. The saintly figure is rendered in the Gothic style characteristic of Kuttenberg mint coinage of the late 15th century. A beaded inner circle frames the central device, with the dedicatory Latin legend in Gothic uncial lettering surrounding the saint along the outer circumference.
