Reverse description The reverse bears a seven-line commemorative inscription in capital Latin-script letters, occupying the entire field, reading SO / DANKT / BIBERACH DER / VORSEHUNG FUR / DEN ZU LUNEVILLE / GESCHLOSSNEN / FRIEDEN / D. IX FEB. / MDCCCI., giving thanks to Providence for the Peace of Lunéville concluded on 9 February 1801. Two small decorative floral or pine-cone ornaments flank the base of the inscription. The coin is bordered by a continuous milled rim identical to the obverse.
