Obverse description Full-length effigy of Leopold II standing facing right, crowned and regally attired in imperial robes and armour, holding a sceptre in his left hand and an orb in his outstretched right hand. The figure is rendered in high relief in the Baroque tradition, with fine detail in the drapery and armour. A circular Latin legend surrounds the effigy, interrupted at the base by the coin's milled border.
