Obverse description Central quartered coat of arms of the Bishopric of Eichstätt and the Freyberg family displayed on an ornate baroque shield, surrounded by elaborate acanthus scroll mantling. Above the shield rises a mitre flanked by two crested helms with foliate and figural crest ornaments, including a swan-necked beast on the dexter side. The encircling Latin legend reads along the upper periphery, with the inscription divided by small ornamental stops. The entire composition is rendered in high relief in a refined baroque engraving style.
