| Obverse description | A stag statant left with raised right foreleg, positioned before a tall victory column surmounted by a cross, the whole device set upon a plinth or pedestal. The stag, rendered in fine relief, is the heraldic symbol of the Counts of Stolberg. A beaded inner circle frames the central device, with the comital legend arranged in a continuous circular band around the periphery of the field. |
