| Obverse description | Laureate and bearded right-facing bust of Emperor Francis Joseph I, his hair dressed with an olive wreath tied with a ribbon at the nape. The finely engraved portrait shows the emperor with sideburns and moustache in the classical tradition. The circular legend runs along the outer rim, interrupted at the base by the Kremnitz mint mark K·B. A fine beaded inner border frames the field. |
