Obverse description Laureate and armored bust of Emperor Ferdinand III facing right, wearing an elaborate crown and ornate lace collar, with long flowing hair. The effigy is rendered in high relief in the Baroque style typical of mid-17th century Habsburg coinage. A beaded inner border frames the design, with the Latin legend arranged around the periphery.
