Reverse description Youthful crowned bust of King Ferdinand I facing right, wearing a crown adorned with fleurs-de-lis and long flowing hair rendered with fine parallel strokes, with a draped shoulder visible at the truncation. The portrait is executed in a Renaissance profile style characteristic of the Neapolitan mint under the early Aragonese kings. The bust is contained within an inner beaded circle, surrounded by the Latin devotional legend in the outer field.
