Obverse description Draped bust of Ferdinand August Leopold of Lobkowicz facing right, wearing elaborately curled long wig in the late Baroque fashion, with ornate armour and a princely crown at the truncation. The portrait is executed in high relief with fine detail to the hair and drapery. The Latin legend encircles the effigy, reading F. D. S. P. D. LOBK., denoting his titles as Duke of Sagan and Prince of Lobkowicz. The coin exhibits a milled border along the entire periphery.

Reverse description The quartered coat of arms of the House of Lobkowicz, depicting multiple heraldic charges across four quarters including a bull's head, a lion rampant, a crowned eagle, and horizontal bars, all within a ornate shield surrounded by a decorative laurel and floral wreath. The shield is surmounted by a large princely crown topped with a cross, rendered in high relief. The reverse field is fully occupied by the armorial composition with no legend, and a milled border frames the entire design.
