| Reverse description | The reverse displays the elaborate crowned royal arms of Sweden, quartered with the three crowns of Sweden, the lion of the Folkung dynasty, and additional heraldic charges, all surmounted by a large ornate crown with flanking foliate mantling. Lions serve as supporters on either side of the shield. The circular Latin legend, split by the date 1647, reads · PR · FINL · DVX · ETHON · ET · CAREL · DOM · IN ·, recording Christina's additional titles as Princess of Finland, Duchess of Estonia and Carelia, and Mistress of Ingria. A beaded inner border and a rope or cable outer border frame the design. |
