| Obverse description | Laureate draped bust of Emperor Charles VI facing right, the crown of laurel dividing the encircling legend at the top of the field. The legend commences at approximately 8 o'clock beneath the truncation, with no subsidiary inscription below the bust. The portrait is rendered in the refined baroque style characteristic of early eighteenth-century Viennese coinage. |
