Obverse description Full-length crowned effigy of Emperor Charles VI standing three-quarters to the right, robed in imperial mantle and regalia, holding a globus cruciger in his right hand and a scepter in his left. The figure is rendered in high relief with fine detail to the ermine-lined cloak and armored legs. A circular Latin legend surrounds the central device, reading the emperor's titles.

Reverse description Imperial double-headed eagle displayed, with wings spread and each head surmounted by a separate crown, both eagles beneath a large central imperial crown. An escutcheon on the eagle's breast bears the rampant lion of Bohemia. The mint master's initials I·A·P appear at the base within a cartouche, and the date 1712 is incorporated into the surrounding circular Latin legend citing the emperor's royal titles.
