| Obverse description | Unadorned bust of Elector Charles Theodore facing right, with flowing powdered wig rendered in fine detail. The effigy is executed in high relief against a flat field, displaying the characteristic late-Baroque portraiture style of the period. A continuous Latin legend surrounds the bust, reading the Elector's abbreviated titles as Vicar of the Holy Roman Empire. The rim is finely milled, framing the design with precision. |
