Aanvullende informatie

The "Germania Aeterna" ducats were privately issued fantasy pieces struck by a German private mint — not legal tender of the Federal Republic and carrying no official government authorization. The 1961 date places this in the early years of West Germany, when official coinage was tightly controlled and commemorative gold issues through the Bundesbank essentially nonexistent, leaving a commercial vacuum that private minters moved quickly to fill.

The Aureus Magnus branding was a product line, not a historical series. Buyers should understand these as bullion-adjacent collector medals dressed in numismatic language.
