| Obverse description | Armored and draped bust of Albrecht von Wallenstein facing half right, set within a beaded inner circle. The effigy depicts the Duke in contemporary military dress with a prominent ruff collar, rendered in a late Renaissance style. The legend is divided by the portrait and reads around the periphery within the inner circle. A small ornamental device appears at the base of the bust below the truncation. |

The shield bears the quartered arms of the Duchy of Friedland and Sagan, surmounted by a crown. The surrounding legend contains the title and date, with the year appearing in the upper portion of the legend. The entire composition is executed in a bold, high-relief style characteristic of early 17th-century German ducats. |
