The effigy depicts the Duke in contemporary military dress with a prominent ruff collar, rendered in a late Renaissance style. Reverse description Crowned coat of arms of Wallenstein displayed within an ornate cartouche at center, itself enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The shield bears the quartered arms of the Duchy of Friedland and Sagan, surmounted by a crown. The surrounding legend contains the title and date, with the year appearing in the upper portion of the legend. The entire composition is executed in a bold, high-relief style characteristic of early 17th-century German ducats.
