| Obverse description | Conjoined busts of Archduke Albert and Archduchess Isabella facing right, both in regal attire with ruffled collars; Albert wearing armour and Isabella in a draped gown. The effigies are rendered in a detailed late Renaissance style. The encircling legend reads ALBERTVS ET ELISABET DEI GRA, identifying the co-rulers by name and divine right. A small ornament or mintmark appears above the busts. The field is plain, with the busts nearly filling the coin's face. |
