Obverse description Bust of king Visvasimha facing right, depicted in the Hellenistic-influenced Western Satrap style with elaborately rendered hair arranged in flowing waves and curls, wearing a diadem or cap. The portrait is executed in low relief typical of late Western Satrap coinage, with the regnal date inscribed in Brahmi script behind the head in the left field.

Reverse description Central device depicting a chaitya (three-arched hill symbol), a hallmark of Western Satrap reverses, with a river or wavy line below representing water. Above the chaitya, a crescent moon and sun symbol are prominently placed in the upper field.
