| Opis awersu | Diademed and crowned bust of Peroz I in right profile, rendered in the Sasanian style with characteristic winged crown surmounted by a crescent and globe. The effigy displays the king's elaborate headdress with detailed hair treatment. A single countermark of type 1 is applied in the field, partially overlapping the portrait. The flan is irregular in shape, consistent with hammered production of the period. |

| Opis rewersu | A Zoroastrian fire altar rising from a stepped base occupies the central field, flanked by two attendants standing in profile facing inward, each holding a staff or sword. Stars or pellets appear in the upper field to either side of the altar, consistent with Sasanian-derived iconography. The overall composition closely imitates the standard reverse type of Peroz I drachms, though rendered with the cruder execution characteristic of post-Sasanian Sogdian imitative coinage. The rim shows traces of a beaded border. |
