| Popis líce | Stylised bust of Sasanian ruler Peroz I facing right, executed in the degenerate imitative tradition characteristic of post-Sasanian Central Asian coinage. Two distinctive Kobadien tamghas are positioned in the left and right fields respectively, while a Bactrian legend appears in the lower field below the bust. The obverse bears applied countermarks of types 1 and 2, stamped into the coin surface at a secondary stage of production. The overall design reflects the regional adaptation of Sasanian iconographic conventions by the Kobadien tribal authority. |
