| Descrizione del rovescio | Draped bust of Ludovico Maria Sforza (il Moro) facing right, with long flowing hair rendered in deeply cut, undulating strokes and a fur-trimmed or richly draped garment visible at the truncation, all enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The portrait conveys the authoritative presence of the regent governor in accomplished Renaissance medallic style. The circumferential Latin legend LVDOVICVS PATRVVS GVBERNANS, distributed between beaded borders, identifies him as Ludovico, paternal uncle and regent, with a small heraldic device visible at the top of the field. |
