| Obverse description | A highly detailed architectural rendering of the North Portico of the White House occupies the central field, depicted in fine relief with its characteristic columned facade, pediment, and flanking wings. The bicentennial dates 1792 and 1992 flank the central flagpole above the portico. The arc legend THE WHITE HOUSE curves along the upper rim, while LIBERTY appears in bold letters along the lower rim. The motto IN GOD WE TRUST is inscribed in the lower field beneath the building, with the engraver's initials EZS visible at lower left and the mint mark at lower right. |
