Comments

This is an unusual item — Australia abandoned paper banknotes entirely in 1988 when it became the first country to issue a full polymer series. A 2018 paper dollar denominated for Western Australia sits entirely outside any official Reserve Bank of Australia issue. Franck Medina is a French designer associated with limited-edition numismatic fantasy notes and souvenir pieces, not any sovereign or authorized currency authority.

This is a fantasy note. It has no legal tender status, no issuing bank, and no circulation history. Collect it as a design artifact, not as a banknote.
