| Descrizione del rovescio | Entirely engraved in green ink, the reverse is dominated by three large concentric guilloche medallions arranged horizontally, each enclosing bold numeral '1' counters. The central medallion carries the legal tender clause in small lettering within its innermost cartouche, with 'ONE' above and 'DOLLAR' below in large shadowed display type. 'UNITED STATES' is inscribed in heavy block letters across the upper field, while 'TREASURY NOTE' and 'ONE DOLLAR' repeat in the top and bottom border panels. |
