| Obverse description | Seated Liberty effigy facing left, wearing an Indian feather headdress and draped in classical robes, resting upon a rock. Her left hand rests upon a globe while her right hand grasps a liberty pole surmounted by a Phrygian cap. Two crossed flags are displayed behind the rock.
