正面描述	The national coat of arms of Belize occupies the central field, depicting a quartered shield with tools of the logging industry in the upper quarters and a sailing ship in the lower quarter, supported by two woodcutters standing on a grassy mound and surmounted by a mahogany tree. A ribbon scroll below the shield bears the national motto SUB UMBRA FLOREO. The entire device is encircled by a wreath of laurel branches, with the country name BELIZE arching along the upper legend and the date 1985 placed in the lower field. A continuous beaded border frames the design at the rim.
