These notes circulated internally as promotional instruments, redeemable under specific conditions set by the casino's marketing department rather than functioning as general-purpose gaming currency.
Jonie Kerekes served as a cage cashier supervisor, whose signature authenticated the scrip as an internal control measure — standard practice for Nevada gaming establishments issuing redeemable paper instruments under state gaming commission oversight.
