| Reverse description | Rectangular flan with an ornate gold-gilded decorative border set with four red crystal stones at the corners. The central field features a full-color depiction of the Zarvanytsia Icon of the Mother of God (Theotokos), portraying the Virgin Mary wearing a jeweled crown and holding the Christ Child, who is likewise crowned and holds a scepter. The icon is rendered in a traditional Byzantine style with gold gilding applied to the garments and background riza. Two standing angels in relief appear flanking the central icon image within the decorative surround. |
