| Additional information |
Part of the DC Comics licensing partnership that has generated dozens of bullion and collector issues across multiple mints, this piece was struck under Cook Islands' long-standing arrangement allowing it to produce legal tender coinage despite having no independent mint infrastructure. The actual striking was almost certainly contracted to a European or Australasian facility — most likely the Mayer Mint or B.H. Mayer's Kunstprägeanstalt in Germany, which has handled the bulk of Cook Islands' novelty silver program since the 2010s.
Collector demand is driven almost entirely by the IP license, not the coin's numismatic standing.
