The legend ELIZABETH II curves along the upper periphery, while the inscription 1 DOLLAR FIJI 2012 is distributed along the lower periphery. The portrait is rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field, consistent with proof coinage. |

The composition faithfully reproduces the ornate jewelled character of the original funerary treasure. The multilingual legend identifying Egypt appears in the field, rendered in four languages.
