| 背面描述 | Boldly detailed portrait bust of Vilém z Pernštejna (William II of Pernstein) facing slightly left, rendered in high relief in a Renaissance artistic style. He is depicted wearing a visored helmet with decorative plumage and period armour, with a full beard and moustache. To the lower left, the Pernstein family coat of arms — featuring an aurochs head on a shield — is displayed. The legend 'VILÉM z PERNŠTEJNA' arcs along the lower rim, while the dates '(1438) - 1521' appear along the right rim. The engraver's initials 'JB' are visible in the lower right field. |

William II of Pernstein served as Supreme Chancellor of Bohemia under the Habsburgs in the late sixteenth century and was among the wealthiest magnates in Central European history — his family's silver-mining interests in Moravia made the Pernsteins briefly richer than the Bohemian crown itself. By the time of his death in 1596, the fortune had been almost entirely consumed by debt, one of the most spectacular aristocratic financial collapses of the era.
This issue belongs to Niue's long-running program of Habsburg-themed collector silver, licensed through a European distributor and struck in low mintages for the numismatic market rather than circulation.
