| Obverse description | The obverse features the right-facing diademed effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the upper rim, while the denomination 1 DOLLAR, the issuer FIJI, and the date 2012 are inscribed along the lower rim.
