Surrounding the portrait, the remaining field is dramatically divided into a mirrored composition of polished and frosted areas depicting the solar system, with concentric orbital rings sweeping across the surface. Positioned along the orbits are raised roundels bearing the classical astronomical symbols of the planets — including Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune — as well as a stylised representation of Saturn with its ring system in the lower left.
