| Reverse description | Central composition depicting three royal sarcophagi arranged in a semicircular group within the Royal Crypt of St. Vitus Cathedral, Prague. The left sarcophagus bears the inscribed names BLANKA, ANNA, ANNA, and ALŽBĚTA; the central, dome-lidded sarcophagus is labelled KAREL and decorated with the Bohemian lion coat of arms; the right sarcophagus is inscribed VÁCLAV IV and bears a crowned heraldic device. A decorative Gothic cross pendant with floral ornament is depicted above the central sarcophagus.
