The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the left periphery and SOLOMON ISLANDS along the right periphery. Beschrijving keerzijde Central design features the periodic table element tile for titanium, displaying the atomic symbol Ti and atomic number 22 within an octagonal sunburst motif. Radiating outward from this central element are multiple segmented panels depicting various modern applications of titanium, including a commercial aircraft, an automobile, a high-speed train, a racing bicycle, an architectural structure, electronic circuit boards, and molecular bond diagrams. The commemorative legend 230 YEARS DISCOVERY OF TITAN is inscribed in three lines below the central motif, with the anniversary dates 1791 - 2021 at the base. The reverse shares the same vivid blue-green iridescent titanium surface as the obverse.
