| Obverse description | Diademed and draped bust of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, after the effigy designed by Ian Rank-Broadley, with the engraver's initials IRB incuse below the truncation along with the Mint of Poland mintmark and the fineness mark Ag 999. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the upper left rim and NIUE ISLAND along the upper right rim, separated by a small decorative device at the apex. The denomination 1 DOLLAR and date 2020 are inscribed along the lower rim.
