Issued under the Cook Islands' long-running licensed commemorative program, this piece appeared in 2005 to coincide with the release of Revenge of the Sith and the conclusion of the prequel trilogy. Cook Islands has no meaningful domestic coin circulation — its numismatic output exists almost entirely for the collector market, produced under licensing arrangements that generate revenue for the government without ever touching a cash register in Rarotonga.
