| Reverse description | The reverse features a detailed three-dimensional representation of the United States ten-cent stamp of 1847, the first adhesive postage stamp issued in the USA. At the centre of the stamp motif is a forward-facing bust portrait of George Washington, inscribed U.S. POST OFFICE at the top of the stamp frame and X TEN CENTS X at the base.
