| 背面描述 | The reverse presents a gilded skyline of Moscow rendered in selective gold plating, depicting recognizable city landmarks including Stalin-era skyscrapers, the Ostankino Tower, and various high-rise buildings against a mirror-polished silver field. The lower portion of the bar features a broad band covered in imperial topaz dust, giving it a warm golden sparkle, with a central oval cartouche bearing the inscriptions MOSCOW and IMPERIAL TOPAZ. In the upper left, the series name JEWEL BAR is engraved in bold lettering, while a diamond-shaped cartouche in the upper right bears the legend 75th anniv., and the fineness marks .999 Ag and .999 Au appear to its left. |

Issued as part of a broader wave of novelty bullion products aimed at the collector market following Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee in 2022, this piece was struck knowing, or very nearly knowing, that the Queen had died — she passed on 8 September 2022, and many such commemorative programs were already in production or had just shipped. The Solomon Islands has no independent mint and licenses its name to third-party producers, predominantly European, for exactly this category of product.
The topaz dust inclusion is a marketing specification, not a mineralogical one — the material is crushed synthetic topaz, a technique borrowed from the decorative arts trade in the early 2010s.
