| Reverse description | Central medallion bearing a portrait bust of German artist and poet Wilhelm Busch facing slightly right, inscribed WILHELM BUSCH and flanked by his birth and death years 1832–1908. Surrounding the central medallion are six caricature figures from the Max and Moritz story cycle, rendered in relief in a cartoonish style characteristic of Busch's original illustrations. The legend MAX & MORITZ arcs across the upper field. The denomination 1oz AG .999 appears in the lower left field, with the date split as 20 and 15 flanking the lower portion of the central medallion. A beaded border frames the entire design. |
