正面描述	The obverse features a centrally positioned raised circular cartouche bearing the fourth-generation effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, facing right, as designed by Ian Rank-Broadley, with the initials IRB visible below the truncation. Surrounding the portrait cartouche, the legend reads NIUE ISLAND · ELIZABETH II · 1 DOLLAR · 2019 · along its circumference. The outer field of the coin is dominated by a stylised panoramic silhouette of the Prague skyline — featuring gothic spires, towers, and rooflines rendered in contrasting frosted and mirror-proof surfaces — designed by Zbyněk Fojtů. To the right of the cartouche, the bold decorative inscription PRAGA CAPUT REGNI (Prague, Capital of the Kingdom) is rendered in an Art Nouveau-inspired typeface against a deeply mirrored black field. The engraver's monogram (ZF) appears at the lower centre of the field.
