| 正面描述 | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, with hair styled upward and draped bust truncated at the shoulder. The peripheral legend reads 'ELIZABETH II' to the left and '1 DOLLAR COOK ISLANDS' to the right, with the date '2009' positioned at the bottom of the field. The portrait is rendered in fine relief consistent with the Ian Rank-Broadley style. |

Cook Islands has issued commemorative dollars under its currency agreement with New Zealand since the 1970s, and by 2009 the program had expanded well into themed historical portrait series. William II — Kaiser Wilhelm II — abdicated in November 1918 under Allied armistice pressure, becoming the last German Emperor. His inclusion on a Cook Islands dollar has nothing to do with Pacific history; it reflects the pure collectibles market that these issues target.
