Reverse description The reverse features a high-relief bust of the Welsh privateer Sir Henry Morgan facing three-quarters to the right, dressed in period 17th-century attire with an ornate lace cravat and decorated coat. In the upper right background, a fully rigged sailing galleon is depicted in silver relief on a dark field. To the right, colorized elements include a wooden treasure chest, oak barrels, and a glass bottle rendered in vivid polychrome enamel, evoking the imagery of piracy and plunder. Along the lower portion of the field, the name Henry Morgan is inscribed in a flowing cursive script. The Perth Mint's P mintmark appears to the left, with the designer's initials DB in the lower left field.
